Aiwo was named a finalist in the UK National Innovations Awards 2023, which seeks to find and celebrate new technologies and their impacts on customer experience, operational performance, and employee well-being.
Aiwo’s innovative solution provides a welcomed approach to customer experience that not only improves customer experience but also enhances operational efficiency. The technology identifies and helps to resolve operational level issues that contribute to the growing number of customer contacts. This makes Aiwo a welcomed solution for UK businesses and contact centres that have reportedly been struggling with rising contact volumes, staff turnover, and customer churn.

In total, 93 judges were recruited across the two categories. All judges were UK-based practitioners in the fields of customer experience, customer contact, or customer service. All judges represented significant organisations.

The quality of finalists’ submissions was very strong, and the judges had a hard task deciding the winners and runners-up.
