Finnish AI-innovation Aiwo has been selected as one of five finalists in the Contact Centre Experience Insight category of the prestigious 2023 UK National Innovation Awards competition, putting it in the league of major industry players like Calabrio, SuccessKPI and NICE ltd. Aiwo is now in the running to take home the top prize.
Established in 2016, the UK National Innovation Awards is a prestigious programme that recognises new technologies and their impact on customer experience, operational performance, and employee wellbeing.
Aiwo advances to finals in a category that seeks technology innovations that help improve how brands and organisations collect and analyse customer experience feedback and insights arising from contact centre interactions.
Aiwo aims to help companies substantially improve customer experience by stopping the unwanted growth in contact volumes and thus reduce operational costs. The solution converts customer contacts into Customer Contact Intelligence, providing insights that help to identify and resolve operational level issues that not only contribute to the growing operational costs, but also weakens overall efficiency and experience.
