Heli Partanen joins Aiwo AI’s Board of Directors

Aiwo AI, the Finland-born customer contact intelligence company, has appointed Heli Partanen to its Board of Directors. Partanen served as Chief Executive Officer of Telia Finland from 2020 to 2026, leading one of the country’s largest digital infrastructure and services businesses, a company with around €1.4 billion in revenue and 2,700 employees in Finland. Her appointment strengthens Aiwo’s board as the company moves into its next growth phase across the Nordics and the UK.

Before becoming CEO, Partanen led Telia Finland’s consumer business as Vice President, Consumer Business; spanning mobile, fixed access, devices, and TV & media. That is the front line of consumer customer experience: millions of interactions across channels, where loyalty and revenue are won or lost in the quality of every contact. It is precisely the world Aiwo’s technology is built to make sense of.
